TERM: The Contest will run each month with the timeframes provided within each contest.

PRIZE: One winner will be identified and will win a prize designated in the contest details.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries/votes received.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST:

1. Sign up as a registered www.DrunkPals.com user. All registered users who post pictures within the defined timeframes above are eligible. If you do not have a www.DrunkPals.com user account, please click here to sign up.
2. Post the funniest drunken picture you have and submit it via the upload page.
3. Your picture will be subject to review by www.DrunkPals.com administrators and will be available on the website within 24 hours.
4. Once your picture is available, any registered user of www.DrunkPals.com can vote on your picture. Each registered user is allowed one vote per picture.

• Note 1: you can post as many pictures as you like to participate in the contest. Please remember to have them posted by the specified timeframes and that they will be reviewed by site administrator to ensure they do not violate any site rules.
• Note 2: Only pictures approved by the site administrator are eligible for the contest. So don't be posting pictures of grandma sipping lemonade on the front porch.

www.DrunkPals.com is not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects in part or whole, delays in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of pictures, or for any technical or non-technical network, telephonic, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate or partial transmission of or failure to receive pictures on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any web site or any combination thereof. www.DrunkPals.com is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from uploading pictures in the Picture Of The Month, or for picture posts that are late or ineligible for the contest. www.DrunkPals.com reserves the right to cancel temporarily or permanently the contest or it's entries for any reason and at any time.

DISQUALIFICATION: All of your picture entries in this and all other contests sponsored by www.DrunkPals.com in the past, present, or future, will be automatically disqualified without notice or recourse if you submit any picture deemed inappropriate for the contest by the site's administrators.

All of your entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of www.DrunkPals.com if you attempt (i) to enter the Picture Of The Month contest through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) to disrupt the Picture Of The Month, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with the Picture Of The Month Contest. If either of the above occurs, the owners of www.DrunkPals.com have the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, which could include but is not limited to: (i) denial of any prizes won; or (ii) removal of user account and any pictures associated with said user account.

ELIGIBILITY: All registered users of www.DrunkPals.com may participate in this Picture Of The Month. By entering this Picture Of The Month you represent to www.DrunkPals.com that you are either at least 21 years of age. By registering to win the prize, the winner grants www.DrunkPals.com permission to use his/her screen name for advertising and future promotion purposes without additional compensation. Prizes not accepted by prize winners shall be considered voided after 90 days. This Picture Of The Month is subject to these complete and Official Rules.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected by those who have received the highest score as voted on by other registered www.DrunkPals.com users. In the event of a tie, the picture with the most total votes will be declared the winner. The winner will be notified via email shortly after the end of the contest period. The winner has 48 hours to contact www.DrunkPals.com regarding their prize. www.DrunkPals.com reserves the right to modify scheduling of the Picture Of The Month without prior notice. If www.DrunkPals.com determine in their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Picture Of The Month contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest, www.DrunkPals.com reserves the right to void any entries in question, and/or terminate the contest. Winners will be required to provide a valid mailing address to ensure that they can receive their prize. Failure to provide a valid mailing address in the time noted will result in disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner shall be identified. Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

NOTIFICATION: Prizewinners will be notified by e-mail sent to the e-mail address on the www.DrunkPals.com account and www.DrunkPals.com is under no obligation to notify winners by any means other than e-mail. If a winner's www.DrunkPals.com user account is no longer active, notification will be sent to the last known e-mail address. www.DrunkPals.com is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of e-mail addresses or mailing addresses that are no longer correct or if the email is sent to the recipients bulk/spam folder. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 1 business day from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.

REDEMPTION: www.DrunkPals.com will deliver the prizes as follows: All Prizes. Each prize will be shipped to the appropriate winner's home address. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except by www.DrunkPals.com, who also reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Please allow 4-6 weeks for prize delivery (depending upon the prize).

CONDITIONS: By participating in the Picture Of The Month, you agree to release and hold www.DrunkPals.com and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Picture Of The Month or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. This Picture Of The Month is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of www.DrunkPals.com and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Picture Of The Month or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Picture Of The Month, including, but not limited to, selecting winners, will be made by www.DrunkPals.com, whose decisions shall be final. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.
